Who is Chokri Ouali?
I am a telecommunications expert, entrepreneur, and policy advocate, committed to bridging technology and governance. My journey has taken me across Europe and North Africa, allowing me to understand the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for Tunisia’s future.
I am the Founder & CEO of Dido Quantum Pulse, an AI-powered innovation marketplace that connects governments, enterprises, and researchers with cutting-edge solutions in AI, Quantum Machine Learning, and GovTech. My mission is to empower the next generation of Tunisian talent, foster economic growth, and lead Tunisia into the era of technological leadership.
